Through testing, design, project management, production and team management, I have experienced firsthand the challenges and rewards of navigating an evolving career.
Along the way, I discovered a passion for growth and development. That's what led me to become a certified coach in 2022, after completing my training with Animas Coaching. I'm also a proud member of the International Coaching Federation and recently obtained my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.
My background in technology gives me a unique perspective on the challenges faced by individuals and teams in today's world. I'm particularly motivated to help people overcome overwhelm, build confidence, and achieve greater clarity and focus.It is my belief that this will help my clients realize improved work-life balance and stronger leadership skills.
